The department has well equipped mechanical Engg. lab with hardness testing machine, Universal testing Machine Model of Diesel engine & Turbine. It has a well-equipped workshop with different shop viz Machine shop, Fitting Shop, Sheet Metal Shop, forging shop, foundry shop and Welding shop.
